Are you an environmentally friendly business?
We try as hard as we can to reduce our carbon footprint. Within our small studio we recycle as much as we can, choose our paint and papers carefully and try not to be wasteful. We aim mostly for digital marketing that avoids paper wastage and we design and manufacture locally. We print specifically for you when you order, this means no excess or unused stock. Our matte smooth non woven paper is PVC free and free of plasticisers. The inks are odourless non flammable and contain no problematic heavy metals. All are papers are GREENGUARD certified.
Are the wallpapers Australian made?
Our wallpapers are all diligently designed, printed and packaged in Perth Western Australia. We greatly appreciate you supporting a small Australian business.
What are the print and delivery lead times?
We strive to print your wallpaper and get it sent out via courier within 3 days of receiving the order. Most wallpapers will be delivered to you within 2-3 weeks of order.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free within Australia. We can quote postage on overseas sales.
Can I install the wallpaper myself?
Wallpaper installation instructions are included with every order however we recommend that you use a professional installer for the most spectacular results.
All 3 of our papers are Lazar cut so they will join perfectly flush without the need for any additional cutting. This means they are DIY friendly, however we would still recommend a professional installer.
Do you know any good wallpaper installers?
Yes, we have a list. Send us a message and we will recommend a professional in your area. We also love to hear about a good install, so if you had a great installer let us know…we’ll pop them on our list!
Do you provide paste?
No, we find installers often have a preferred brand.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Please check your wallpaper order as soon as you receive them. If it is damaged or there is any other issue, please contact us straight away by email with supporting photographs. We do not offer returns for any reason other than a damaged or defective print.
All of our wallpapers are printed to order and your order is made just for you so consequently we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds but samples are available for you to check that you absolutely love the design, colours and paper before placing the order.
We try our hardest to represent the colours from our website as closely as possible but there are slight variations between the different papers and as we are unable to control the settings of your monitor or the brightness of the display, we recommend you order the samples. With the samples some slight minor colour variations may occur during different print runs.
